The speaking part 2 of the IELTS exam would last for 2 minutes. In part 2 the candidate will be the only person who would speak for two. If you are taking the IELTS exam then that means that the examiner will give you a topic and he will ask you to speak on the topic for 2 minutes. In the topic you would be given a topic and there would be 3 questions below that heading. You will have to plan your speech in a way that you speak for at least 2 minutes and at the same time you answer all the questions related to that topic. You should only stop when the examiner asks you to do it.
